Notice how carefully each character is introduced in the trailer: the Charisma anime, the media mix project from the same team as Hypnosis Mic, has a full trailer and a premiere date, January 7, 2027, in Japan. The video includes a taste of the opening theme, “Mite Mite Anime no Charisma”, sung by the cast.

The story follows seven young men sharing a house, Charisma House, each of whom embodies a different kind of “charisma”. Two new cast members join: Souemon Nakagami, voiced by Shinnosuke Tachibana, and Shuu Torahime, voiced by Tomohiro Ono.

Joji Furuta (Bad Girl) directs at studio Pierrot Films, with series composition and scripts by Shu Matsubara (Mr. Osomatsu), character designs by Ebimo and music by EVIL LINE RECORDS. Streaming plans outside Japan have not been confirmed yet.
