Back in the arcade days, nobody imagined Agent 47 would one day target a YouTuber. IO Interactive announced a new Elusive Target for HITMAN World of Assassination on Thursday, October 29: Jacksepticeye, the Irish content creator Seán McLoughlin, who lends his likeness and voice to the character.

The mission is called The Host and is playable for free from October 29 to November 25, 2026, both for owners of the game and through the free demo. The target is Finn Colton, known online as Finnvictus: a former children’s TV star turned popular, controversial and very wealthy content creator, criticized for exploitative contracts with his own staff. 47’s client is a relative of a creator who disappeared after signing with the Finnvictus team, and the evidence points to murder. Finn lives secluded in a content complex in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand, surrounded by cameras.

“I’ve been playing HITMAN with my community for years, so getting to actually step into the World of Assassination is unreal,” said Jacksepticeye, who invited players to record the most creative ways to take his character down.

The mission is available on PS5, PS4, PS VR2, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, ROG Xbox Ally, PC, PC VR, Switch, Switch 2, iPhone, iPad and Apple silicon Macs. IO Interactive, which also recently released 007 First Light, keeps using Elusive Targets as limited-time events.
