team17 has announced Little Prince Tyger, a dark fantasy action roguelite from French studio Saltitude Games. It’s in development for PC and coming in 2027.

A tiny hunter with a bow

The name references William Blake’s poem “The Tyger”. Armed with a simple bow and arrow, the tiny pixelated hero is tasked by the Queen with finding her lost son, Prince Galaad, battling strange beasts across more than a thousand handcrafted single-screen levels.

The look is stylized and low-res, but combat is precise and physics-driven, with fluid simulation. Each run brings game-changing perks: bleed damage, arrow draw speed, fluid manipulation, slowing time and even new weapons like javelins, boomerangs, throwing knives and traps.
