This season is a party: Fortnite Treasure Hunters starts on November 1 and runs until December 5, with a new Battle Royale island full of treasure and a guest crew nobody expected to see together.
The starting point is ONE PIECE. The new Crossbones island hosts matches of up to 80 players and mixes new locations with familiar places from the anime. While exploring, players can find abilities inspired by the characters, such as Luffy’s Gum-Gum Fruit, Ace’s Flame-Flame Fruit, Zoro’s three-sword style and Usopp’s slingshot. The Straw Hats key art was created in partnership with Toei Animation.
The adventure kicks off with the Straw Hats and A$AP Rocky‘s crew. Players can challenge the rapper aboard the $.$. Rocky and, if they win, get his Shockwave Rocket. In the following weeks, new captains arrive with their own crews: Lil Uzi Vert, Captain Hatsune Miku and Kasane Teto, each taking over a point of interest on the island. Weekly Captain’s Days events bring new weapons, Sprites and more, and the big prize is the contents of Captain X’s mega-chest.
The Battle Pass includes Ace, Robin and other ONE PIECE characters. Luffy, Nami and Usopp arrive in the Item Shop at the start of the season, and A$AP Rocky’s outfit hits the shop on November 5. Fortnite is free on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox, Switch, Switch 2 and mobile.
