Asobo Studio, developer of A Plague Tale Requiem, renewed its partnership with the publisher to create a new project.
Focus Entertainment reported that A Plague Tale Requiem, the second game in the franchise, has reached the mark of 3 million players.
The game was released for PS5, Xbox Series and PC on October 17, 2022, and was included in Game Pass on launch day, the famous Day One.
On the console versions, there were a lot of complaints online because the game did not launch with a performance mode to run at 60fps. And that option took quite a while to arrive.
Focus took the celebration as an opportunity to report that it renewed the partnership with Asobo Studio for “another exciting project”, without explaining whether it will be another game in the A Plague Tale franchise or something new.
