Come with me, because this one is a little space treat: Petit Planet, HoYoverse‘s first cozy life sim (from the studio behind Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail), now has a date. It launches worldwide on December 4, 2026 on PC, iOS and Android, with cross-play across all three. And there is more: HoYoverse announced that the game is coming to Nintendo Switch 2 in 2027.

The news came during the Pre-Launch Special Program. In Petit Planet you are a “planetist” who arrives in the Starsea aboard Oumamua, a spirit of the Starsea. On your own little planet you plant a Luca Seed, which slowly grows into a Luca Tree and shapes the place, while you get to know a crowd of neighbors. Adorable, right?

To celebrate, HoYoverse is lining up launch events with rewards, a pre-registration giveaway on the official site and more than a thousand clothing and furniture items to dress up your corner of space. Pre-registration is open now on the App Store, Google Play and the Epic Games Store.

Cozy games and big announcements
