Bandai Namco will bring modern elements to Ace Combat 8’s online mode.
Bandai Namco today released an 8-minute trailer presenting the online modes of the next game in the Ace Combat franchise.
Basically, there will be PvE and PvP modes, in scenarios holding 2 teams of 4 players each.
In PvE mode, the two teams will destroy targets and complete missions, and the team with the most points at the end wins.
In PvP mode, the two teams will face off, and can level up to increase the points multiplier.
The game will also have special missions per season, some featuring the franchise’s most famous colossal aircraft, where both teams will need to join forces to destroy them.
Speaking of seasons, the game will have a Battle Pass, which is mandatory in any online game these days.
Each Ace Pass will last 2 months, during which you can earn various customization items.
A Premium Pass will also be sold, and buyers will get access to additional rewards.
