After many months of hearings and questioning from regulators, the soap opera finally comes to an end and Activision Blizzard King is now part of Xbox Game Studios.

Today, Phil Spencer announced that the purchase of Activision Blizzard King has been completed.

This saga took 21 months to finish, but it is finally over.

With this, several classic franchises such as Pitfall, Crash Bandicoot, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater, Guitar Hero, Diablo, Call of Duty, StarCraft and Warcraft now pass into Microsoft’s care.

Several ABK games are expected to arrive on Game Pass quickly, the same way it happened after the Bethesda acquisition.
