The Prinnies are throwing a party, and there’s no guarantee of cake. NIS America confirmed that Prinny Party: Going Overboard! launches on November 11, 2026 for Nintendo Switch, Switch 2 (with GameShare), PS5 and PC via Steam (with Remote Play Together). A demo is already available.

Board game, RPG and betrayal

It’s a local party game for up to four players that mixes a board game with RPG systems. You spin a slot to raise your stats, buy equipment, stack facilities to rank up, pass bills in a Disgaea-style assembly and clash with the other players. To win, you have to defeat Laharl, the “Supreme Overboard”, and make it back to the start. Teamwork helps, but betraying your friends is part of the fun. There’s also a single-player mode.

The “Extra-Spicy” demo includes an even harder difficulty. The game features English and Japanese text and voices.

STARBITES Limited Edition

NIS America also reminded fans that the STARBITES Limited Edition is still in stock on its US online store. The sci-fi RPG launched in May, and for $89.99 (Switch or PS5) the bundle includes the Deluxe Edition, a collector’s box, an art book, the digital soundtrack, an acrylic stand, a keychain set and six metal Motorbot pins. Switch owners can add the Switch 2 Edition Upgrade Pack for $4.99 for a higher frame rate and resolution.

Where to buy

Prinny Party is a digital-only release. If you want the main series on a physical copy:
