Look at this cute apocalypse: Survival Machine, from Grapes Pickers, published by Games Operators (of 911 Operator and Infection Free Zone), has entered early access on Steam. It’s a cooperative adventure for up to four people in a colorful, low-poly post-apocalyptic world full of hungry zombies, which the studio describes as “strangely adorable”.

The Machine is your little home

At the center of it all is the Machine, a mobile fortress you build, upgrade and protect. By day, the group goes out to explore, solve puzzles and gather resources; at night, it’s time to defend the Machine from attacks with traps, turrets and cannons. The studio asks for player feedback during early access to polish the game.

My little gamer heart

Cute zombies and a walking little house: I can only imagine the group decorating the Machine before remembering they need to put a cannon on it. For playing with friends on a Friday night, it looks like a treat.
