Deathwing returns to Azeroth in World of Warcraft Classic

Deathwing returns to Azeroth in World of Warcraft: Cataclysm Classic, which ushers in a new era with improvements for WoW Classic.

Cataclysm Classic has arrived to usher in a new era and improvements to World of Warcraft Classic

Azeroth trembles as Deathwing takes flight and causes dramatic changes wherever he goes. Cataclysm Classic is available and ushers in a new era for WoW Classic, with an improved level progression experience, new races and much more! Check out below a bit of what players can expect in Cataclysm Classic:

New changes in the world
Deathwing’s escape from the Deepholm was devastating and caused permanent changes to the landscapes of Azeroth. Because of this, players can enjoy six new areas up to level 85, the new cap.

New races: worgen and goblin
The enigmatic and fierce worgens, cursed citizens of Gilneas, who have tamed their wild instincts while seeking allies in the Alliance, are available in Cataclysm Classic. In addition, players can also help the shipwrecked goblins of the Bilgewater Cartel in their quest for a new home in the Horde after Deathwing destroys their island nation.

New profession: Archaeology
Archaeology lets players explore dig sites across Azeroth to learn more about the history of the world’s legendary races, earning rewards in the process.
Other changes
There will be a limited number of new features in Cataclysm Classic that were not originally available when the expansion first launched in 2010. Players will also have increased and streamlined level progression. With a faster cadence of content updates, level progression speeds have been adjusted to give players the chance to enter the new expansion faster.

First introduced in Wrath Classic, the expanded collections interface, which also arrives in Cataclysm Classic, allows account-wide management of the new transmogrification system.
