Sony announces PSVR2 price and specs, and it costs as much as a PS5

PSVR2 launches on February 22, 2023 at 4.499,90 in Brazil, against $549.99 abroad. See the full specs of the headset and Sense controllers.

But this time the blame is not only on the customs “mathemagic” that happens whenever they import something.

For the modest price of… one PS5, you can buy the PSVR2, a peripheral that only works with the PS5!

The gimmick of the moment PSVR2 for PS5 was announced for February 22, 2023 at a price of 4.499,90, and the surprise is that this time it is almost “cheap”, considering that we get our beloved gaymes and peripherals at a 10:1 ratio – and the original price is really steep this time, $549.99.

At least the thing is a beast.
