Guilty Gear Strive to get free cross-play test

Guilty Gear Strive will get a free, open cross-play test to try online matches across platforms. See the dates and how to take part.

The Guilty Gear Strive Cross-Platform Network Open Beta Test will test online matches between different platforms.

The client for this test can be downloaded on October 13 on PSN and Steam, and server authentication will be accessible from October 14 to 17.

On PS4 and PS5, a PS Plus subscription will not be required to play online.

All characters will be available, including those released via DLC, and all game modes will also be enabled.

And of course, the ability to play online between different platforms: PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC Steam.

A new ID will be created when playing the beta test, and saved data will not carry over to the full game. So anyone who already owns the game can test it without fear of messing up their current save.

Guilty Gear Strive is already available for PS4, PS5 and PC Steam, and it was recently announced that Xbox One and Series will get a version in 2023, directly on Xbox Game Pass.
