Actor Henry Cavill, best known for playing Superman in the film Man of Steel (2013), made his first appearance, in a short video, dressed as the character Geralt of Rivia (The Witcher, the Netflix adaptation). Fan reaction was mixed: some praised the look, missing “only” a few details, such as the beard and the scar on the left eye (many believe these “details” are absent from the current look because the series is set at a time when Geralt did not yet have the scar), while others turned up their noses, finding the look poorly done.
