Game Pass now offers an annual subscription

Starting today, you can subscribe to Microsoft’s famous games service for a year.

Until now it was only possible to subscribe for one month for R$ 30.00 (thirty reais), or 3 months for R$ 80.00 (eighty reais).

But starting today you can lock in a year for R$ 287.00, which saves R$ 73.00.
Just go to the link Game Pass 1 year, and subscribe.

Game Pass is a subscription service similar to Netflix, but for games. You subscribe by paying a fixed monthly and now annual fee, and get access to a library of games that can be downloaded and played without limitations on your Xbox One. You have access to all the games as long as you are a subscriber, but if you stop subscribing to the service you will no longer have access to them. However, your saves and progress are kept and you can recover them once you subscribe to Game Pass again. You can see the full list of games available on the service here
